He might be. I’ve been focusing on Peebee, myself, so I haven’t tried it on with Jaal.

What a great ending. Probably the best of the 4 games. Overall I’m pretty happy with the game but I hope they drop the padding for any possible future sequels.
It is out on the net now, perhaps they’ll get rid of Denuvo then.
So better ending than #3. That is good to hear at least :)
Still, nothing betas becoming a Spectre in ME1, right?

Imagine how they handled ME3’s ending and then reverse everything that was bad about it :).
I also really liked how they handled some characters and themes (Tann coming around and not turning into another Council, Jaal’s handling of the news about his people). Apart from some missteps I’d say the writing has improved compared to the original trilogy.
I don’t believe anything you’re saying. This is all some elaborate prank, isn’t it?
Actually, I was thinking about this. Bear in mind I’m maybe halfway through Andromeda (I’m taking my time) vs playing all three from the original trilogy.
But in a way I find being a Pathfinder more satisfying. It’s all about exploring this galaxy, finding and creating a home for your people. You’re a part of a greater whole, the Initiative, and while it can be bureaucratically infuriating and gridlocked at times, it’s still part of a common goal that you’re working toward. Of course shooting and combat are going to be part of it, this is still an RPG with all the baggage that entails. But for the most part, I find it carries on an optimistic perspective that aligns with the best of Star Trek: we’ll boldly go forward, seek out new worlds and make allies of the beings we find there, if possible.
Contrast this with being a specter. Which, no doubt about it, is a kickass role in the 007 tradition, to the point that you’re told that you act outside the law on your own authority. The Council even interrupts your reports at times with 'No no! Don’t tell us what you’re up to! We don’t want to know!" You can punch reporters and ambassadors that you don’t like very much with impunity. It seems much more ‘wish fulfillment’ kind of role than Pathfinder, which mind you, not in itself a bad thing. Just that it seems to me the role of Pathfinder is a more constructive and mature responsibility. And therefore, I think I like it a little more.

I wish they could have modernized/fixed Renegade/Paragon system instead of scrapping it.
MEA also lacks animated mandibles with Turian facial animations.
I believe the primary source of complaints about the Scott Ryder LGBT romance options was that there was no squad-mate option, you can flirt with Reyes but it’s not fleshed out at all, or you’ve got Gil, your crazy engineer who tells you he loves you and wants to have a baby with you on your second date. No thank you, sir. Also, can I get a new engineer?
I mean, the dude is thinking about babies pretty quick even if you’re not romancing him. Got to build up the population to be viable in Andromeda, and he wants to do his part.
I don’t even answer his emails anymore!
I liked that discussion with Gil, how his friend is pushing him to consider procreating for the good of the human race. And he’s considering it!

Christ Gil… really need to get him off the ship.

I’m mightily offended that Bioware do not offer the chance to romance Drack.
First one I checked. Disappointment.
Jaal sent me a creepy email and now it’s super awkward to take him on missions. We’re just pretending it never happened. I think Peebee knows.

Ya, Jaal gets kind of whiney and clingy.
Indeed, it seems like most of the characters do.
Drack is the best one thus far. I just did his loyalty mission, and it was decent.

Yeah, Gil “I’m just a feel it, do it kind of guy” was so lame compared to the Normandy engineer duo.
I actively hate Gil and want to fire him. He is the worst. It’s not like Cora who tries real hard but just sucks, Gil is a genuine douche. Seriously can why can’t SAM run the ship?
I want to like Vetra but I feel like she’s horribly underdeveloped, or I missed a bunch of cut scenes with her. Why is she on the ship? What’s her role in the Andromeda Initiative? She seems like a stow away. Like she hid in a cryo pod and no one officially invited her to Andromeda.
Yeah, Vetra is extremely undeveloped. She is like the anti-Garrus. Without Drack there would be no worthwhile party banter at all.

Is banter supposed to fire off while running around on foot? I only get it while in the Mako.
