MS Wireless Racing Wheel recall

Has anyone sent their MS Wireless Racing Wheel in for the recall that’s been going on since late last summer? I sent the form to the U.S. and, two months later, received a large cardboard box with a prepaid shipping label and some cardboard inserts inside. That’s it. There are no instructions whatsoever inside the box, so I have no idea what I’m supposed to send back, or how I’m supposed to pack it up properly. And then, of course, where do I take the damn thing to ship it away?

I’m afraid to call the Xbox support number, because I’m sure I’ll end up wasting a lot of time on the phone with some clueless lackwit who will do nothing but add to my confusion. So if anybody’s gone through this process (especially if you’re in Canada!), could you please let me know what you did, and whether you actually got a wheel back? Thanks! :)

Having called xbox’s support line a few times (heh) its not as bad as you might think. Pick up the phone.
