Dont worry, MSU screwed the pooch for you, big time. They went from a 24-7 half time lead to costing themselves bowl eligibility by missing an extra point level FG. Then sucked in OT. Talk about playing it safe, they sat on their lead until it was gone. They deserve to sit at home this bowl season.

The outpouring of support for the UVA players from across the entire football landscape has been incredible. I just wish it would have never been necessary. Two VA schools, Liberty and chief rival Va Tech, wore all blue and all orange in their game today. They also carried UVA flags, and the Liberty band played the traditional UVA song after they scored their first touchdown.

OSU’s top two backs have been out and Stroud was hobbling at the end of the game today so it might be a long battle of the defenses.
With TN getting stomped there’s a shot this top 4 is the playoff field. USC would have to take another loss and The Game next week would need to be close… and even then, maybe Clemson would make it in.

Tech doesn’t surprise me at all; the rivalry is an old one, and of course Blacksburg had its own mass shooting some time ago. Liberty though is a pleasant shock.

OSU might be able to back into a top 4 berth but I think Michigan needs to win out due to their weak OOC scheduling
