So me questioning the legalities of this is not me supporting it. Just to be clear.
It’s different when it’s staff members. They’re not just citizens there, they’re employees. And schools have been sued and lost in the past for decisions made.

Spencer is just another grifter. He is a full-on racist, but at the end of the day he’s just about grabbing attention and power and enhancing his own position. I can’t believe he thinks his racist thinking will ever be anything more than a minority view. He just wants to be a bigshot, get the girls, and get rich.

To be fair, the kid was pulled out of the parade shortly after it started, so someone on the school staff did decide that it was inappropriate. It’s not clear from the article why the principal and the teacher were suspended – my guess would be that both saw the kid’s outfit and did nothing before the parade (the article mentions the kid on the playground) while some other school official/teacher took action once the parade started.
He let Michael Jackson play with his boys? Uh OK. It might explain why they are so damaged.
