American Horror Story Season One is up, as is Dead Season, a movie I haven’t seen but that a friend recommended. I noticed they’d added the “play” label a few weeks back when i checked my DVD queue.

Being Human (UK) season 4 is up, though a bit of a shark jumper, and I wasn’t a huge fan of the previous season.
Some good movies are up that I wanted to see last year, like The King’s Speech and Hugo. And probably others. Shout them out if you discover them.
The Dungeon Siege movie is up there too, in case someone wanted to see that for the comedy value. I wish Xbox Live viewing parties were still possible for that one.

Another season of How I Met Your Mother is up as well.
The Hunter showed up a few months ago. Perfect for a cold winter night. Might be my favorite Willem Dafoe movie now. Highly recommended.
I watched “the Devil’s Carnival” last night on a whim. My wife hated it. I thought it was overwrought and the songs too long. Also, of the three sinners, only two made sense to me, and none of them got something that looked like a just dessert. At the end of it I thought there were a couple good performances, but found the overall effect jarring, poorly explained and not all that entertaining. When it was over I thought about it for a few minutes to see if maybe I had missed something or found something else that didn’t come to mind, but didn’t. The movie really seemed like it was trying to convey something, but it all got lost in the inappropriate parables to me (except for the thief. Her’s worked).

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Seasons 1-7 plus the Christmas Special, are up now.
If you’re never seen it, you’ll love or hate the characters and Arrested Development style scripted/improve mix.
Thanks for the heads up!
Also, I noticed that Top Gear has the “New Episodes” tag, though I haven’t verified myself if there is a new season on there yet.
It’s just the India Special…but it’s good.

Thanks! I’ve always wanted to watch that series but as I only started hearing how good it was after it was well into season 3 or 4, I was just going to either buy the DVD’s or wait it for it show up on streaming somewhere. Now I have the latter. I discovered the greatness that is The League the same way.
The second episode of season 4 of IASIP, “The Gang Solves the Gas Crisis”, is possibly the greatest half hour of television I’ve ever seen.
The best IASIP off the top of my head is still “Who Pooped the Bed”, or something like that.

Did Arrested Development have a lot of improv? Or did you mean Curb Your Enthusiasm?
So Netflix has added some DC animated movies, such as:
Batman: Year One (Meh)
Superman Vs. The Elite (S’Alright)
Justice League: Doom (Pretty dang great)
All Star Superman (Surprisingly great)

This thing is great, this dude should do an Inframan remake (but inframan was shaw bros, so wrong country)
PS- not netflix, but I just noticed the Criterion colelction on hulu+ includes 1977’s House (japanese movie, not related to the american 80s horror) which is AWESOME and WEIRD.

Oh heck - House is awesome. Such a gonzo piece of work.
Weird I was just watching bits of Inframan last week.

I came this close to seeing Inframan on the big screen at a sci-fi film festival, but the crowd chose Robinson Crusoe on Mars. The fools! (vainly shakes fist skyward).
Some of the Charlie Brown cartoons just showed up, but not the ones you really would want. I hope more are on the way.
