Yeah fuck you indeed. What answer?

And how do I link to a specific episode of a series, smart guy? Are TV shows off limits? Where does it read that?

And what is so traumatic about having a link open the actual stream that you feel you have to bitch at me about it?

Aw shit so there’s Entering the Void and Touching the Void, both about climbing? FUCK WHICH ONE HAVE I ALREADY SEEN.

Entering the Void is about drugs, death and hookers, I think.

Did you miss the part where your link automatically activates the computer on Netflix? Nobody prefers a direct link to the video stream instead of to the Netflix page.

And how do I link to a specific episode of a series, smart guy? Are TV shows off limits? Where does it read that?

Don’t. You apparently know how to type, so just link to the Netflix page and tell people what episode you’re talking about and why they should give a shit. Your post was meaningless and misleading.

And what is so traumatic about having a link open the actual stream that you feel you have to bitch at me about it?

It’s not traumatic, it’s that nobody does that so people click it figuring it takes them to the Netflix page. Then when people told you not to do it and why you acted like a fucking idiot child.

Explain your links or post in the same format everyone else seems to have been able to figure out. Or do you really think you’re that special?

Enter the Void is not about climbing.

You’re whining. None of this is valid or important. If I want to link to the stream, I will. Don’t tell me how to make posts.

And who asked you anyway? Fuck off. Stop derailing a great thread.

Yeah, you just keep being you, snowflake.

Moving on, I watched some decent documentaries lately that didn’t come up in the search.

The Art of the Steal is about a huge collection of modern art near Philadelphia that was pretty much coopted by the city against the wishes of the collector.

The Philosopher Kings follows the lives of several janitors who work at Ivy League universities, and most of them have amazing stories considering where they ended up.

Gosh thanks Tracy I sure will.

The problem is that many of us are on work computers. Linking directly to the stream sets us up for either a nasty call from our IT folks telling us to stop hogging bandwidth, or a talking to from a superior wondering why we’re trying to watch Netflix at work. Additionally clicking a link to the stream enables that computer for Netflix in their database thereby using up a device authorization.

tl:dr version: Stop linking to the stream!

Just watched Superman / Shazam vs Black Adam. It’s actually a collection of DC short features in the vein of the old DC Showcase comics. They’re a bit hit-or-miss, but now I really want a Green Arrow animated series. The Jonah Hex segment was great, too.

That’s perfectly understandable. I’ll just post the link from now on.

Whoa … Who are you, now?

Jesus, just let it go. He’s already acquiesced, now stop shitting up the thread.

The animation was really good on this. Lots of recognizable voice actors, I think they used the same Supes as the animated series --though that was multiple actors, but i think they used one of them. The stories were a little too short for my taste though, not enough time to build up any kind of emotional attachment to the characters or story, which made certain stories, like The Specter one, very flat.

So much fucking going on…and I am still waiting for a link to all those so called 70’s porno flicks that are supposedly streaming.

AND, not sure if this still holds up- but I do remember it being a pretty good gritty and rather dark western: The Great Northfield Minnesota raid.

Jehova, I’d missed the last post in my stunnination. But we can still keep some form of antagonism going! Someone else just bitch about this post.

Do not watch the “documentary” Parking lot or whatever the fuck it is called. It is retarded.

Pushing Daisies the complete series.

Also, they seem to be reorganizing TV shows when they have multiple seasons available for streaming, for example, Psych is 4 seasons, but it’s all under one heading.

That sounds good. Having to go out and search for the next season sometimes can be goofy, and covers aren’t always informative when they show up in recommended.

The ‘New Releases’ page on the PS3 is sorted weirdly, but I can’t figure how. It doesn’t seem to be by date, which should be the most obvious.

I watched 2010: The Year We Make Contact on Netflix Instant and really enjoyed it. I think it does a great job both explaining what happened in 2001 and telling its own story while retaining 2001’s pace and atmosphere. Very enjoyable.
