MP5 A.o.D (NY) takes down Dave (DDM) 17 to 11.
This was a tough game. Dave went into it 5 and 0. And DDM 's tough to beat as it is. We were both slowly chipping away at each other, Until I got my net out and managed to net his HQ. This robbed him of his ability to adapt to the game state and then he hit a run of mostly non combat tiles, and i was battling every chance I could get.
I must admit I did run the matchup against the AI many times before our game, to come up with a strategy regarding DDM.
Great game Mr Perkins, until we meet again…

So this is embarassing… I didn’t realize that the game Vesper and I played was a melting pot one and I used Steel Police instead of Moloch…

So… That was a great Practice game Vesp! I’ll send the real challenge later ;)

Among this group, I think Jungle has it tough. We’ve all played each other enough, and all of you are exceptional players, that Jungle needs an amazing start to keep up.

Like clyve said in our game, when Jungle wins, it wins big…I just don’t see it winning that much here. At least it isn’t Vegas. MrDannimal has it tough this round. My comment earlier about our tie and neither of us competing in the finals was not a reflection on him, but on Vegas as a 1v1 army.

Of course, two seconds after I resign against clyve, Annie shows up and finishes off her victory against me for Round 5, bouncing me out. Tough day;) I still have to play her for MP4 semi finals. The pain.

Dave, I’m spit-balling here, but if Vegas and Jungle aren’t really competitive, should we be playing them in the MP format? I offer as evidence clyve’s recent escapade with Vegas in which he lost eleventy billion games last round. Math is evidence that perhaps those two armies confer an insurmountable obstacle. Please note this is not simple whining on my part…I’m happy to do that later. I’m just thinking long term here and looking to circumvent my future moaning and complaining;)
