Was very close for most of the game. I was mostly able to keep away from Vegas HQ and other “unit control” modules (my Twister got caught and butchered). But in the end Smart’s superior ranged attacks and Armour of Transporters made the difference.

Thanks! I was aided by Annie’s sucker hole playing dead almost the whole game. By the time it came out, I’d plinked at her HQ and netted it, then fortified my net, and then I was able to ride out the rest of the game with no turbulence. Oh also, ALL THREE of her Rat Mortars came out in the last couple of rounds.
Basically, the tile draw won that game for me. Makes me wonder if finals shouldn’t be best of three, to help mitigate that. But then, NH games go slowly enough as it is…
