There are 13 of us. What if we let people double up on an army if they want to, and they won’t play each other, and then I’ll randomize things so that everyone has 1 person they don’t play to balance things out? That seems simple.

If that’s okay, then I’d let the group who has already chosen armies decide if they want to double up, and then the remaining five of us can pick.

Because there are more players than armies, here’s what we’ll do:

The people above can swap to an army that is already taken, as long as someone else hasn’t already doubled-up on that army. After a short time of these swaps (if any), then the remaining people can either pick from the remaining armies or double up on an already-claimed army.

Then, when we start, everyone will have 1 opponent that they will not play. Doubled-up people won’t play each other, and everyone else will be randomly matched with someone who they won’t play.

So, anyone in that top group want to switch armies?

I didn’t expect you to. That vegas army is pretty cool! I have been practicing in single player against new york & steel police. I like how much they have been able to do within the system with those different armies. This game is quickly growing to be my favourite on the iOS platform.
