It’s actually made up of my old 3-letter game tag (‘MOS’), which I used to fill the high score tables on Defender, Stargate & Robotron with back in the 80’s - i.e. the video arcade games, and ‘DEF’ (for Defender). Bought them, and still own & play them. :-)
