For the 3-way tie for 4th, we have:

As per Article 53(DaveyP) ties will be broken based on the results between the participants in the tie. In this situation, the results are:

Casey > ankamela
K_W > Casey
K_W > ankamela

Since K_W beat out both of the others, he gains 4th place in the finals.
