Each player will captain one army for the duration. To be assigned an army, please PM me eight votes, assigned as you like to one or more armies. For example, you might send me

Once I’ve got all of the votes, I will assign armies by looking at all 8’s first, then 7’s, etc, breaking ties at random. If none of your choices survive this process, I will let you know what armies remain unchosen for you to pick from.

When we begin, every army will play every other army, and the top X will go to a playoff. (X to be determined, based on interest.)

Good game. I didn’t draw any units in the last two rounds, while you drew nothing but as evidenced by the 8 wounds to my 0 that you inflicted on my HQ in the final battle.

How does one know how many tiles his opponent has remaining? If this isn’t open info, how is one supposed to know when the final round is?

No, HQ’s don’t deal damage to other HQs. Neither does an airstrike, a small bomb, or a land mine.
You can check remaining tiles (and what’s being held in their hand ) on your turn by pressing the bar graph icon ok the lower right of the screen on the iPhone. Not sure about the iPad.

Oh, and btw. Dancer breaks all the hQ rules mentioned above.

The best one on the market is probably still virtual dub, it’s free and doesn’t require an install. I’ve been using it for almost a decade now.

I didn’t get any notifications. Please keep in mind, I have 5+ account only but only 2 are active. Also, I haven’t play NH since a week before the Canadian Thanksgiving (the real one Thanksgiving). So I might not be the best sparring partner :(.

It was a great game! My strategy at the end was to recycle the 3 init, double ranged withy a direct placement next to your HQ. I’m just glad it worked out. I was pretty hosed.
