I think you have a wildly inflated idea of how much Bethesda gives a shit about NMA.
Bethesda should LOVE NMA. They’ve created a perfect firewall.
In fact, I’ve considered the opposite - that the original NMAers are the Bethesda plants and the new members are the innocuous fans.

This.
Also, for someone who wants to distance themselves from being an “NMA member”, Draikin, you consistently align your views with theirs and defend them constantly.
This thread sucks. I look for some cool infos every time it bumps, but 90% of the time it is just inane bitching at Draikin (or the target of the day, but usually Draikin).
Well, there’s a new Swedish review up at NMA: http://nma-fallout.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=45443
83% because it’s a good game, but not a good fallout.

You know who frightens me? The posters here who still haven’t figured out that Draikin is trolling. He really couldn’t possibly be more obvious about it.
Rats on cats chasing foxes.
The worst part is he trolls this thread and only this thread. People who have been checking back every now and then since the beginning of the thread are falling for some obscenely obvious trolls, and it happens every 2 pages. Jesus H. Christ guys, stop feeding him him and he’ll stop posting (or he’ll spam and you can set him to ignore; hell, do it anyway, it’s not like he says anything useful, legible, or intelligent). For such a high signal:noise forum, how much some of you indulge him is really astonishing.
I’m glad that you are able to respond to a thread intelligently and objectively. It shows great tenacity and composure.

You’re awesome. Did you really just type those words? Tu es ecossais, peut-etre?
Maybe it wasn’t this forum, but isn’t changing someones quote a really bad thing to do?
In any case, I’m actually transitioning between both camps. Camp A- die hard Fallout fan, Camp B- ready for something new/excited for FO3.
I LOVE Fallout/Fallout 2 (and Tactics, actually). But having just played them a bit more on Gametap (my most recent play-through otherwise was about 3 years ago) I have to say… I think I’m ready for something new. Fallout 3 might just be a little too new, as far as that goes, but I really like the direction it is taking (most of the directions) and I enjoyed Oblivion. More, the things I didn’t enjoy about Oblivion are being addressed in Fallout 3, so that’s a good thing.
In reading what I could of this swedish review, I think this guy was from Camp A and (maybe even against his will) enjoyed some of what Camp B had to offer, but not enough to be swayed ALL the way.

My friends, sorry to interrupt the Draikin/OMGstoptalkingtoDraikin thing but Joystiq posted a pretty neat set of pictures from BethSoft…
Oh…my. That’s pretty sexy.
Hey I didn’t say that!.. wait a minute, oh I see what you did there. Clever trick, that.

I sense a new QT3 meme being born.
Then I don’t need a jacket.

Apropos of nothing, I never realised that Ron “War. War never changes” Perlman is the same as Ron “Can’t live without you” Perlman. Not until now!
