Crippled head. I love it.

Clearly the minigun mutant had already been shot - the leg having taken a critical hit but remaining sinuously attached - and he was trying to cover the remaining distance on hands, when he crippled his head.

Yep. As I say though, it really doesn’t matter. Suffice to say it will look, at the very least, just as good on PC, and probably better.
