I only played Deathtrap Dungeon in the series. What a cool coop game that was. Not an action rpg in the diablo sense, although you had to make builds and run around.
Apologies for being pedantic but Deathtrap was from the Van Helsing series of games. Man I wish that was on the Switch. Loved it.
Victor Vran isnāt part of the Van Helsing series? They looked the same!
This is news to me too. I always interchanged Victor Vran and Van Helsing in my head too. Those are two separate things! Even though they start with V!
I guess the Victor Vran guys knew what they were doing with that stunt ;D
They also hired the Geralt the Witcher VA as the main hero.
I think Iāll get Victor Vran and Marvel Ultimate Alliance. Thanks yāall!
I myself would like to have some sprawling endless grind game on switch. I have Borderlands collection. Iāve also enjoyed Disgaea 5 on PC and I see Switch has a few of these but I can stomach only so much of this particular flavor of anime silliness and music and all that.
Diablo IIIās Adventure Mode might be perfect for you.
Iāve played D3 on PC and it felt boring to me, even highest available difficulty was too easy. Maybe itās enjoyable on a device that assumes more relaxing time but Iām not thrilled about supporting Blizzard and buying their full-proce game again.
I enjoyed it enough on the PC but it is 100x better on the Switch. No lie. I got it on sale and it goes on sale fairly regularly it seems.
Van Helsing, Victor Vran and VVitcher - vvonderful.
God I would love if Van Helsing came to the switch, along with Inquisitor. Day one purchases theyād be.
By the way, Hard West and Phantom Doctrine are on sale. Those are XCOM-style games made by the same company and they have interesting settings. One is mystical Wild West, the other is Cold War. Both games lean heavily on stealth. Hard West also has interesting narrative, Phantom Doctrine is more about mechanics and atmosphere. It makes you pin stuff on a board and connect it to decide on your objectives, what other games allow doing that?
I enjoyed both Victor Vran and Van Helsing, and even though I only managed to finish the latter, I think I liked Vran more. Played them on Xbox. I did get Vran for the Switch Lite and played it for a bit, but too many games!

Theyāre not on sale anymore. But they look to go on sale on a regular basis. Iāll wait for the next sale.

A week ago they had white Switch OLEDs on Amazon for a hot minute. I panic bought one and figured I would cancel it if I came to my sense. Instead, it showed up two days later and Iāve been having an absolute blast with this thing. Diablo 3 and Shin Megami V have been my gotos. I have the old Switch but havenāt played it much this year. I feel like the OLED is kind of a game changer for me. The screen is so bright, my old-ass eyes can see the screen.
Iām glad I didnāt end up with the white Switch OLED in the end. The neon blue and red make the left and right side easy to identify for my 4 year old. Thatās another reason why I wish Xbox would stop coming out with cool controller designs that donāt have the Red/Blue/Yellow/Green primary colored face buttons. Stop it Xbox!
Sales are regional. Itās on sale for me in Europe.
Not that I recommend those games that much. Certainly not for everyone. Youāll now if you want them just from gameplay trailer I think.
