Which is awesome, because now I don't have to choose between Pillars of Eternity and GTA V.
My thoughts exactly. I'd go with PoE if I had to pick one, but I'm getting GTA V because a lot of my friends, peer pressure, blah blah blah, and I want to troll them in online play.
I don't mind this one bit. As long as we get a polished and stable product they can take all the time they want.
Its not like I don't have a million other games to play in the meantime.
Alright, and if it's not polished and stable? (Which would be the nail in the coffin to R* for me personally).
If they took all this extra time on a game that is already released on other platforms with similar hardware then that would be extremely disappointing.
We have seen plenty of big, AAA games with awful, buggy messes of a release. I'm happy to postpone any game if it means avoiding that.
