Oblivion Question..No Spoilers Please

I am level 21 on the GOTY version of Oblivion. I have Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine installed. I have no mods installed. So I think I am currently running version 1.2. 0416.

The problem is it seems the level up meter (experience meter…whatever) has quit advancing.

I thought I was fully patched but is there something I should add. The game has been amazingly stable and bug free to this point.

There is an unofficial fan patch. I don’t know if it would resolve that issue, but IIRC it’s recommended whether or not you want to do other mods.
