KILL YOU. IN THE FACE.

How many lines you put in a drawing has nothing to do with whether the art is good or not, yeah. OotS uses simple figures but they’re very expressive and never let the needs of the story down. Burlew is also quite good at composing pages and making sure his panels are interesting but still clear and easy to read.

Dude – I’m lampooning you, not the author! No fair playing the straight man.

FIE upon your rules, sir!

699 Escape Clause

They’ve been farting around in the desert so long I totally forgot about the other storylines. Do we know what happened to the dude who teleported (Was his name Soon?)? Did this strip even have a joke?

Nah, the dude who got teleported was Mr. Stiffly.

He got teleported back to the rest of the group with V. He’s hanging out with Hinjo now.

No, he’s off exploring … Kraagor’s gate? On a mission (on a shark), anyway.

700 They Would Likely Both Disagree with That Sentiment

And MORE foreshadowing. Is this secret ritual an important plot piece? Who are “They?” Did anyone else find Tsukiko’s new character motivation more shallow than her merely being sick and perverted?

I think it’s the ghoul and the person whose head the ghoul is eating.

The motivation was a gag, a jab at modern vampire genre crap that paints vampires as romantic figures.

By the way in case anyone didn’t notice the Ghoul eating the head was originally one of Haley’s guerrillas.

Well, no, I have to admit I don’t spend a lot of time worrying about OOTS character motivations. It’s a fun strip, but it’s not, shall we say, profound.

nope. he got turned here:

unless there’s another guerrilla you’re talking about.

1 round bald stickman head looks like another 1 round bald stickman head. There’s already like 9 in the opening panels of the comic you linked.

Ah, but the clothes are the same, only a different color. Clearly it’s the same guy!

ah, good catch. the clothes are the same. also, i linked the wrong comic. it’s this not 520:
