Sexy, shoeless god of war longs for simple life with the people who love and understand him. When are we going to get some nuance and complex characterization in this comic?
This isn’t great literature, nor does it pretend to be. It’s a webcomic, not Proust, but nonetheless I find its characters deeper and more believable than any comparable series. Don’t like it, don’t read it.
Dave thought you were being sincere, I thought you were being ironic. Clarify, rhinohelix!
What? People are the Internet saying the opposite of what they mean? Allow me to find my ascot and I will immediately report these shenanigans to the local Constabulary.

Now you’ve lost your ascot, too?
I’ve been thinking for awhile that Belkar would wind up in the same afterlife as What’s his face. Any alignment change will happen late and more or less only impact Belkar internally (no meaningful difference between acting a part and then really being that part). The last scene of the series should be Belkar and boat drinks, though.
New one’s up, and it’s good.
TRIPLE FANTASY! We must go deeper.
Dunh dunh dunh! Arc climax imminent!
Possibilities that come to mind:
- Tarquin does a face turn
- Xykon shows up for real
- Both
I’m not sure. But I think I know what her message is - http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0865.html

“Did you see that?”
“Yes.”
“Before or after I triggered it?”
Wow, Nale has actually gotten to the point that he understands that not everyone admires him for his competence. That’s character development for you!
It still took him an hour :)
Rimbo - Yes, Malack is awesome. Honestly, liking him more than Roy lately.

So what happens when true-seeing-equipped Malack steps out of the room?
Hearty handshakes and best-wishes all around, one must assume.
