Everything gets better with dinos.

Doesn’t their life run on something bad happening mostly? Haha :)

924 - Resource Management

Anyone is wondering (at least i am), is this the moment Belkar dies?

I’m constantly wondering that. It’s more likely now, since he just had a crowning moment of awesome, but we’ll see.

My suspicion is that Tarquin is the one definitely dying, probably at Elan’s hand. Belkar could certainly be on the list too, though.

Tarquin’s end does seem to be drawing closer, due to his failure in realizing that character growth for his son could equally easily be facilitated by his own death.

Unless he’s already calculated that one, and is going to stage/fake his own death.

New one’s up, and some dinosaur on dinosaur violence seems imminent. The T-rex vs. triceratops battle is an iconic one in paleontology.

Do the paleontologists include the flying wizards in their calculations?

NOOO!!!

Oh man. Bloodfeast the Extreme-inator! Love the hyphen.

The kind of people who would have that debate probably do.

So, I’m guessing the Polymorph takes away a ton of HP. Considering how the T-Rex has undoubtedly taken away some damage, how is current HP calculated? Would it be the max HP for the lizard? Or, would it be something proportional, so if the T-Rex was at half HP, the lizard would be at half it’s HP. Or, is the lizard dead?

Baleful polymorph targets retain hit points and hit dice. Everything else changes, though.

Well… this should be interesting.

Hmmm looks like Tarquin took the orange spray, what does that one do?

Acid.

Roy!!

Actually, he missed the opportunity for a really lame pun if he’d finished up with: G Biv!!

V’s comment about the size of the disintegrate target raised an eyebrow. We’ve seen her take out dragons with it before (albeit “baby” dragons). I haven’t played D&D in forever - is there a size limit, or did she just mean that the triceratops would have so many HP that the spell wouldn’t take it out in one hit?
