I tried this for a while, but it’s much more satisfying to come to this thread and complain when Burlew doesn’t post them fast enough for me. What can I say? I’m a whiner.

Um… potential actual action? Woo!

Is it me or has the strip stopped sucking?

If only the cleric had given his name, then he would survive for a year or two. By staying anonymous, we know he dies in the next strip.

He’s given his first name. Shouldn’t that save him?

I would have thought Haley would be more pragmatic when it came to saving Roy, No way is she going to find someone better than Belkar at stabbing,

Ahaha, I love Haley when she gets kickass.

Ha, awesome. Question, though: Why is Haley trying to contact Durkon? Wouldn’t V be the better choice, since he CAN teleport them?

I am pretty sure she is assuming that V and Durkon are still together somewhere.

V can’t teleport. They made a big deal about that when they had to have one of Shojo’s wizards teleport them once.

Holy shit, I haven’t actually laughed out loud at an OOTS strip in some time.

WTF? Improved Uncanny Dodge? What freaking version is he writing about? I DON’T UNDERSTAND!

Improved Uncanny Dodge is a standard 3.5 rogue class feature. It denies another rogue the ability to sneak attack the character by flanking her, unless the attacker has at least four more rogue levels than the target does.

About damn time.

Come now! Rich Burlew has an illness and is therefore immune to criticism of any kind!

…and the plot stalls hard.

Yeah and I resent that, but I still like the strip overall. It’s got that nice lighthearted but weird tone, and I think OOTS is at it’s best when it goes for that tone.

Are you Game?
