Bileratal rash, no change in soaps/colognes/deoderant. Shortness of breath occurs when not active. Seems to be worse sitting down than lying.
Someone go break into Mike’s house and search for anything suspicious.

Interesting diagnosis! The ENT probably linked the atopic dermatitis (eczema) on your arms to the dyspnea (shortness of breath) you are experiencing. I’m not 100% sure, but I think that’s enough basis for diagnosis. Note: I am not a physician, but I am in training to be one :)
Did the ENT suggest you go to a pulmonary specialist for a spirometry test?
