While I have no inside knowledge and nothing to base this upon other than all the reports and videos showing her being “less than affectionate” to the Trump, I would also guess she has no desire to run around the countryside in PA with The Donald. And has a good excuse.

BTW, pro tip for when you get an injection in your shoulder: if you cross your arms in front of you with your open hands each on the opposite shoulder, it takes a conscious effort to flex your deltoids.

Yeah, I have one and only one vein that is hittable in my arms. I was getting a physical for a job and the nurse came in and looked around my arms, hands, back to an arm. I was getting ready for the long process and “POP” right in first try.
I HAD to ask. She was a retired ER Nurse. She gave me a phrase to say to anyone trying after that (explaining where the one good one was). So another category like anesthesiologists.
What is the phrase? I’m thinking something like: “Find the eagle to the left of the illuminated cloud”. Or how about: “It’s just a jump to the left, and then a step to the right”.
LOL! Nothing so amazing. “Find the arm with a big vein and a small one, the big one rolls the small one doesn’t.” The other arm has nothing usable, so they figure that out fast.
Hopefully that results in a one stick hit. But the small vein is also deeper, so usually it results in a stick and fish. :/

It’s also a big reason why he’s running behind the other Republicans in NC. NC right now is Biden + 1 or so. Forest is -11 to Cooper.
There’s plenty of Republicans who know he’s selling snake oil and don’t mind Cooper by comparison.

At this point it’s just funny to watch Trump’s campaign continue to pretend like they have covid under control.
Not so funny when the body count keeps ticking up alas.
Have there been prominent deaths on team Trump since Herman Cain? It seems rather extraordinary that with so many infections, none have been incapacitated. I wasn’t surprised Trump recovered, given the quality of care he is eligible for, but am a bit surprised we haven’t heard more grim news following so many infections.
It seems pretty ordinary if you look at the statistics for having Covid versus having it bad enough to be hospitalized or killed.

Chris Christy almost died. He was in the ICU for a while.
Well, doctors have made significant progress in figuring out what works and what doesn’t. I suspect mortality in otherwise healthy individuals where appropriate medical care is available is down. Of course, it sounds like there are a number of health systems that are pushing capacity right now.
So now there’s a decent chance Mike Pence could be sick with Covid on election day.
