In an interview Sunday with The Post, Trump said that he has six to eight ads in production and that his was a “major buy and it’s going to go on for months.” He said he hopes the spots impress upon undecided voters that the country has become “a dumping ground.”
“The world is laughing at us, at our stupidity,” he said. “It’s got to stop. We’ve got to get smart fast — or else we won’t have a country.”

That is epic. Seriously, it’s just him repeating all of his most absurd statements. It even says that they’re gonna make the wall and Mexico WILL pay for it.
I’m sorry, but at this point if someone sees that as Trump’s OFFICIAL ad, and still supports him, then that person is an extremely stupid person.

Boggles the mind. I’m surprised that they think this ad is a good idea. I’m sad that it probably will turn out to be effective.
He’s clearly going all-out for the primary win. I think the ad will succeed at helping him get more primary votes.
I don’t know if they have a plan for, or care about, the general election. That’s what usually stops candidates from going all-out like this.

The issue is that his supporters don’t care about Trump’s debate performance, unless it’s Trump throwing out zingers and parroting the same crazy shit. He’ll “win” the debates with his people because he “tells it like it is” and doesn’t kowtow to big business and PC America.
Additionally, they will literally vote for anyone other than Hillary.
After a debate with Hillary, the news sites will dutifully report every incorrect assertion and illogical statement he makes. Just like they did after each of the GOP debates. It won’t matter to those voters.
Lest we forget, these people watch Trump’s crazy-ass campaign ad and think it’s awesome.
I would die of laughter if Hillary walked out onto the stage, propped up a stuffed animal in a chair at her podium (holding an iPad with a youtubed “Greatest (worst) Hits of Trump” on repeat, and then walked off. I suspect it would have the same impact of her trouncing him in the debate, and she wouldn’t have to walk a half mile to get to a restroom.

I’m honestly thinking at this point that none of his supposed supporters are actually going to vote for him. Not because they will vote for someone else, but just because they are imbeciles who never vote.
