I am using Office 365 at work and having an issue with printing.
I have one printer that prints to 2 different trays.
Either premium paper or normal paper.
One entry specifies tray 1 and the other try 2 both duplex.
In Word, Excel and Outlook the default printing preferences match the printers as well.
However as soon as I open a Word, Excel or an attachment in Outlook and try to print it just returns to the printer setting of Auto which is Tray 1.
Any ideas what I am doing wrong or how to fix the issue
