Punchable YouTube "celebrities"

What a shitstain.

Heā€™s only enabled by his parents. His mother posted something along the lines of ā€œpost if Logan Paul saved you from suicideā€ or some shit to solicit positive posts from his fans.

He goes to one of the most wonderfully polite places on Earth and treats them terribly. Gee how nice.

Iā€™d like to see him try to pull that crap in Tijuana Mexico.

All this Loganpaul talk is just taking away from how punchable Markiplier is.

Markiplier has a damn heart, unlike this Logan Paul guy, and is smart enough to know how to translate his immense YouTube success into positive ventures, like his monthly charity streams and his comedy tour.

Shitstain Logan Paul is back in the news messing up public parks: https://www.dailydot.com/upstream/logan-paul-bus-yosemite-national-park/

Too bad a chunk of granite didnā€™t fall off Half Dome and crush his ass.

Edit: My local newspaper (I am near Yosemite) is reporting that he was asked to leave the park.

A pleasant contrast: http://time.com/money/5225272/weratedogs-matt-nelson-interview/

Duly noted.

This article is where I discovered this new social media ā€œsensationā€ ā€¦

To see her yelling into a camera, surrounded by people at minimum twice her age, is the psychological equivalent of a screaming tea kettle: Someone needs to do something about this right now. Who put that there?

The squeaky wheel gets the grease sweet sweet advertisement and product placement money.

Iā€™d read that too. Parents exploiting their kids like this is sick. All of these social media platforms need to ban this kind of thing. Otherwise bad things come this way :(

If people show off their wealth and rub poor peopleā€™s noses in it on social media I donā€™t feel too bad about any consequences they suffer. I donā€™t think anyone does.

Some people, even poor people, seem to like thatā€¦ itā€™s an American quirk.

ā€¦ the poor see themselves not as an exploited proletariat but as temporarily embarrassed millionaires

Isnā€™t a lot of classic rap music about showing off how rich you are, how youā€™re The Man now?

I thought Kurt Vonnegut wrote that. It certainly is a great quote though. Thanks for reminding me of it.

I wouldnā€™t say classic. Guys like Gucci Mane do that, and while itā€™s entertaining, he is no Tupac. Thatā€™s one of the reasons for the rivalry between Biggie Smalls and Tupac, Tupac didnā€™t respect Notorious BIG as an artist. Public Enemy doesnā€™t have any songs like that either, that I can recall.

There is definitely a large segment of the population that thinks like that, probably.

Anyway, my point is that if you expect the poor to side with someone other than the millionaires, you might be surprised what actually happens in practice.
