I’m a little behind on my Qt3 Games podcasts. I just listened to this one on Tuesday.
This was a really great podcast. I loved hearing the deep dive into the mechanics of Deep Sixed, and how it was made for Engineers. It made me want to play it so badly. And then there was further discussion on how the game wants to punish you, and why it is unabashed about punishing you, and I respect that too, and I’m glad I got to hear about the game in such detail, even if I never actually get to play it.
