Real shame to hear that Tom is no longer involved in the forums. But if that means we get more front page articles from Tom and crew than that's a good trade off to me. I've been reading Tom's writing since before by bar mitzvah and I've only come to appreciate it more. The front page of QT3 now boasts some of the best writing on games around.
Peter, excellent advice. However, can you play hardcore without first playing non-hardcore? I seem to recall hardcore Diablo II was only for people who'd finished the game, but I could be misremembering.
