SR6: scott > vormithrax in a real nail biter. First I drove him down to 3, but couldn’t finish. Then he recovered, driving me down to 1, but couldn’t finish. Then I drew enough to finish the game. Great game!

That’s my disc on the finish line, not far enough across to win. Zebra (pistachioko) went next, and I don’t even. He’ll have to explain. Then annie went and bumped into me, carrying us both across the line, but me a millimeter farther. Greatest DD finish ever!

Kind of feel bad about this one. If you’re only 10 turns or so into a game, and you’re sitting with 40 authority, then you ought to be able to feel safe - buy some economy cards, keep developing your deck. But wham! out of nowhere your bastard opponent has a recycling center plus gets extra draws and manages to pull 5 blob cards plus some more damage and it’s over.

Owww! What the (@*($$) just happened. That is the earliest and hardest i have ever been hit. I had to do a triple-take when i saw the ‘defeated’ message and watch your turn in stunned silence.

I knew I would have a big turn, with the Mothership, Battle Blob and a Ram all sitting in my hand, but I was thinking maybe 20-something damage. I got to draw another 4 or 5 cards in total and didn’t even have to scrap anything to get to 40 (I could have hit 50 or more by scrapping).

I don’t think it has friend lists. When you create a game, you just type in the names of the players you want to invite.

The biggest downside to playing there is that you’re not notified that it is your turn (unless you become a ‘premium’ member, which is pretty outrageously priced, honestly). So you either have to check occasionally to see if it is your turn, or you have to notify the next player somehow (IM, E-mail, PM here, etc).
