That Stealth Needle thing is a pretty nice card - who knew?

Oh. My. God. Justin, that was the most intense game of Star Realms I’ve ever played.

When you were up 30-70, I was certain it was curtains for me. It was just a matter of time. Every round, you healed for like a billion and hit me for like a thousand. And then… Recycling Station and Brain World.

I’d love to know what you were thinking at that point. Did you think I’d make a come-back? I wasn’t sure, but I had hope.

Six turns later (three yours, three mine) – I can’t believe you let me keep Brain World up that long – I got you down to 45. I got Junkyard and Battle Station for defense. I culled my deck to nothing but the basics.

What I was thinking was, “KILL HER BEFORE BRAIN WORLD COMES OUT.” Believe me, I never would have left Brain World up there that long if I could have gotten rid of it. But my favorite play of the game was when I scrapped one of my best ships for the gold necessary to get the Command Ship only to find that the Federation base I had out only gives one gold instead of two. That’s what I get for playing on the teeny-tiny interface on my phone. Next turn, you grabbed the Command Ship, and it was all over. Good game, fire!

Still…point of order, Mr. Perkins. I must lodge a complaint that in all of my playoff games, save one, my opponent got Brain World. I think the results speak for themselves. That’s just not cricket, sir.

‘Rag-tag’ puts lipstick on the pig of a fleet I had. This was a game I was sure I would lose big-time, then suddenly I was inexplicably winning. Lots of luck in my last few draws!
