Holy shit Scott, that was the most depressing game of SR I’ve ever played.

Starting center row is all high cost, powerful cards -Brain World, Mothership, Blob World, etc. We both rush Explorers. I get a Trade Bot, Scott gets a Supply Bot. I get the Mothership first. The next turn, I draw 8 trade and get ready to buy a Brain World. Scott snatches it up first. I take the Blob World instead and I figure I’m still in OK shape since I already have a Mothership and can afford the Blob Carrier on the next turn. Scott takes the Blob Carrier. The rest of the game just keeps going down this path and just when it seems like things can’t get worse, Scott plops a Command Ship on top of his deck with the Blob Carrier. UGH

I actually considered scrapping a viper in my hand to leave Holsten at 1, because I had exactly 5 cards left to draw next turn and they had a fair bit of damage. But I didn’t.

The point diff is capped at 50 no matter what, so that game counts as a 50 point diff. Or did you know that… and if you did, does it matter? Perhaps I’m misunderstanding.

A cap at 50 is perfect.
