I’ve been watching my in-game record drop for the past month or so.

Simply!

To be honest (and serious) think I’m in E through H because I was in really late.

Yes, the correct order is ADBC, C and F isn’t a tie because C was in before F.

Now, in my opinion, we can have 2 scenarios:

I’m D (low probability and I’m too lazy to check the previous posts)
The playoff guys can be ADBC
I don’t won Mr. C is out due of me.

I’m not D
The playoff guys can be ADB
Because 4 is half legue and 3 is the minimum to do a playoff. Sry Mr C.

Of course it is only my opinion, I’m the last guy in here and I don’t want to mess up anything.

I need that “WTF are you guys talking about” image right about now.

This one:

Now with the useless columns removed and the last column corrected.

Beatrix, thanks again for reminding me of our Pew Pew method! krayzkrok, I’ll formalize the method (thinking of calling it the Quartertothree Pew Pew Protocol, or QP3) and post here soon. And post it in the FAQ.

Anyhow, with that analysis, we have:

Chaos Reborn playoffs

Player A (#1) vs Player C (#4) = krayzkrok vs dave p
Player D (#2) vs Player B (#3) = belouski vs Thraeg

Play one game and the winner will meet in the best-of-three finals!

krayzkrok, I made the game: 79700

The Quartertothree Pew Pew Protocol (QP3)

When a leaguelet ends, the playoffs will follow this protocol:

  1. Number of participants. The number of playoff spots will be a power of 2 and no more than half of the number of participants. For example, if 12 people played in a leaguelet, then 4 playoff spots at most will be open.

  2. Eligibility. No one with zero wins or less than three games played may make the playoffs.

  3. Choice protocol. Two rankings, one by win percentage and one by number of games played, will be compared row by row. As soon as a player has appeared in both rankings, the player will be added to the overall ranking list. This process continues until the number of playoff spots are filled. Ties for the final spots will be broken by win percentage.

Please feel free to review the QP3 ranking system. The Council welcomes public comments, whether they be praise or squawking!

squawk!

I shall begin our game later this afternoon Dave. For you that is probably sometime in the middle of the night.

Applying the QP3 to Nightfall results in:

tecwrtr (#1) vs dave p (#2) in the finals!

Applying the QP3 to Lost Cities results in:

dave p (#1) vs annie peeps (#4)
prolix (#2) vs craiggiarc (#3)

Play one game to see who goes to the finals, where it will be best of three!

Applying the QP3 to Disc Drivin results in:

#1 dave p
#2 robthomasson
#3 krayzkrok
#4 annie peeps

These four will play a finals series until one player has won two races!

Not sure how I made the Lost Cities playoffs by losing to Dave four out of every five games, but he’s the math guy so I’ll roll with it. Challenge out to craig!

Actually prolix, we were quite close! I think I had 5 wins to your 4.

CR:

Thraeg > Krayzkrok

Belouski, I created 79886 for our playoff match.

Lost Cities: at > craig putting me up 8-7 lifetime vs you! Advantage banana.

Chaos Reborn: belouski>at

The Giant passes over the Goblin defenders for the TD!

Started our playoff game. Thanks for setting it up.

Chaos Reborn Playoff:

Thraeg > Belouski

A creature-light game, with my Staff of Zzzap against Belouski’s Staff of Entanglements. He led off by walling me out from the central mana sprite with a Tanglevine, and I responded with an Elf on the high ground of the right flank. He choked the center further with a Shadow Wood, and went around back to get the left sprite, while I claimed the right one. We traded arrows and attack spells at long range while I slowly whittled away at the woods, neither putting our wizard in danger. An unlucky Gooey Blob failure gave my spider time to circle around and threaten him directly, and while the spider then got blobbed, my elf was able to shoot it free while my Decree knocked out a couple crucial spells. Finally, the spider trapped him while the elf finished the last tree and let me walk in for the Magic Bolt coup de grace.

I was hoping you would kill that one shadow wood, because I had a magic bolt ready for you. I was bolt-blocked by my own tree.

Good game Thraeg. The better wizard won.
