Joe, noticed something in that game that I think could help you out.

In the last turn, your rifle stood still and exchanged fire with mine, but since mine was standing still and aiming, he had the advantage. In that situation, I tested the round and told your unit ignore mine and just run from the bullets. He survived and lived to cause me grief later :P
