I hope Joe Bolt is still following this thread, because I think I messed up our Frozen Cortex game. After watching my defense get ripped apart, the game sort of hung up. I’d played a game against the AI earlier, and I couldn’t remember anything like this happening after it scored, so I started mucking around. The next thing I knew, the game was acting like I’d played my first turn of offense, eventhough it was still sitting on the image of Joe’s score. I restarted the game, and there I was on offense and the game saying I’d already submitted my turn. However, with the hiccup, I’m not sure if it really sent out the notification or or even fully registered my turn, or the lack thereof.

Also, I didn’t want you to think I was acting out some sort of passive aggressive ragequit by submitting my turn without any planning.

No worries, we can start a new one. I’m still figuring things out myself.

Edit: Was trying to resign to start a new one, but can’t see how to stop a game, anyone know how to resign?

Okay, now it seems to be working, but it looks like you didn’t plan anything because of my previous comment. We can just discontinue the game, keep playing - but it looks like I should have an easy score since your team didn’t move, or maybe figure out a way to resign. I’m fine with any of the above and we should definitely play another game that will hopefully go more smoothly.

I’d be up for joining the Cortex league in March and hopefully, I’ll at least know how to play the game by then.

It’s ‘geggis’ in both of those games. My Steam name is only that way because there was already a geggis with one ‘i’. :-) Speaking of which, if anyone wants to befriend me on Steam feel free to.

I’ve never concentrated so hard in a game in my life! I had some good outcomes though, and I think I was lucky at the end because JG cast a gooey blob in the middle of my dragons… and it failed. That might have been a problem, had it worked.

I’d love to, but playback isn’t working properly. It goes to the result screen after every move on the playback. This is a known issue but I doubt it’s going to be fixed before it disappears from my completed async list.

Congrats krok! That makes me feel better that you’re running me all over the place in our current game. In fact, I was doing well with Chaos Reborn until I started playing against you…

With regards to replays/playback: I think you can use the arrow keys to move the camera without it snapping to the results. Not sure on zooming in though.
