If belouski and sharaleo and ottthegreat are all okay with it, I’d suggest that we include thraeg and have a full-on round-robin playoffs, where the five us play a game vs each other, and the top person is champion, with ties broken by battle. Anyone mind? That way our current games still matter. And we get to play more!

Chaos Reborn

I have resigned in all my running games.

In my opinion in this game the random factor is too hight, too many match are win/loss for a single spell cast succeeded/failed.

The developers know this and are working to balance it in the next releases, as explained in the last release note and all previous.

May be I’ll be back in the league in a month or 2.

To support my previous post, checking the results from above images the difference from the top winner and the bottom one (I’m the last one in 2 of 3) we have:

Nightfall: 0.667
Lost Cities: 0.440
Chaos Reborn: 0.225

In Chaos Reborn all guys are “compressed” in a 22% range, we have the same figures in the previous league.

Of course I don’t want to open any flame here, this is only my personal thought.

I don’t know how the Cortex leagues work, Rob, but I will investigate.

The option to set up a Multi-Player League is greyed out and I found a couple of posts confirming that the feature is “bugged upon release” and “will get patched up”.

So not yet Josephine.

Beatrix, I know what you mean. I loved Summoner Wars for a few months and then suddenly I didn’t. Same reasons that you cite, basically.

I still think that Chaos is better than Summoner for me, for some reason. I think it’s because of Illusions and burning cards for mana, which mitigate the randomness.

Dave, it is not a problem, CR is at version 0.24 and will be better in the future.
I simply prefer to loose a match because my opponent has played well instead to win one with a 30% single hit.
