I appreciate the sentiment but the competition was very tough, and often all it takes is a mis-flick to kill your chances.
Are you going to finish our game, which was initiated in v 0.25 and therefore not subject to the level variation possible now? I’m curious to know if I can get out of the pickle I’m in.
Also, we should create a league with only level 1 wizards. Someone over at the official forums is running a Goo-Powered Championship where everyone plays level 1 wizards against each other. I’ve asked how this is possible to set up, but it would be a good way to proceed until the next patch.
Speaking of which, I asked Julian for clarification on the next version, and it’s coming in June and will be primarily for the single player game (Realms of Chaos). However, I would be very surprised if they don’t bring Classic Chaos multiplayer back then (or sooner) because everyone is clamoring for it. There will also be a Classic-only tournament / ranked mode as well, for those who prefer that to the RPG mode.

Terrific game with a lot of momentum shifts and then krok teleports into the fray, sword in hand. Two mounts were shot from under him by an MVP elf (my first summon and she dodged many an attack to survive until the end), while my undead were getting their un removed by his sword. He finally summons a hydra in the midst of a field of corpses, but my living corpse, vampire was able to fly past it and savor the sweet, sweet blood of a wizard.
Let’s do that again at 174144!

That damned elf, I knew it would be my undoing. Statistically, she should never have survived dwarf war, but shooting out my elephant on the first shot was the last straw. But I figured hey, if you can do that, then I can survive a 75% vampire attack! Er… no. GG!
