I guess nobody is going to mention the ananab tilps > krayzkrok Chaos Reborn victory, or the sharaleo > krayzkrok victory from the last few days? The sharaleo match was pretty epic; two wizards stranded on a central island, duking it out with dragons while a paladin roamed around the outside arena knocking off the spectators. Alas sharaleo had the buffer of a unicorn mount and a magic shield, and my two shots at victory both failed.

It all came down to whether I got the tile to steal the last mega-city - that and the fact that I went earlier than usual for a field which turned out to be the only field in town (as it were) and I only had to make one defensive lay to keep Craig out. He played well and I was lucky.
