It looked bad for me most of the game, but joe just couldn’t kill the (fake) elephant my wizard was riding. It all ended with the elephant clearing the way for a 50% shot on the wizard by my skeleton. Rematch? 193171

Games that I found by searching for “asynchronous” on Steam and reading the descriptions to confirm they have async multiplayer. They mostly seem to be light wargames in the vein of Advance Wars or Panzer General. I’m willing to commit to buying any of these the next time they go on sale (summer sale coming up soon!), if others are also interested.

I forgot about the patch’s lowered mana rewards from burning cards, and almost screwed myself by going for a turn 2 ultimate spell. Thankfully, the swarm of rats cleared away the defenses and opened up a clear Magic Bolt shot, since I wouldn’t have had much left if the game had gone long instead.
