Learned another thing about CR just now - a skeleton can get paralyzed. I really do have to stop thinking like a Dominions player (most everything in that game is logical - and one example is that if something in Dominions doesn’t have a nervous system, it can’t get paralyzed).

The long-prophesied “next time they go on sale” has arrived! Battle Academy and Hell are both in the current Humble Slitherine Bundle. I’d say that the $6 tier would be worth it just for RPS Racing Game of 2014 Qvadriga, so getting two async tactical games for the same price is even better.

Alright, I’ve played the tutorials and I’ve failed two attempts on the first campaign mission. That surely qualifies me for multiplayer, right? Games are open in both Hell and Battle Academy with password “qto3” (due to a four-character minimum).

Are we posting Frozen Synapse results? I think I have 5 or so completed games from the last week. I’m having a lot of fun getting back into after so long away. Some more of y’all should consider joining in.
I just picked up the bundle today. Give me a day or two to poke at them and then I’ll be up for some games.
I don’t play CR often because it’s PC, but I like the game a lot.

It’s a shame I got in a lucky 33% breath attack from my dragon. You were battling back nicely from a rocky start.
Anyone notice their elves losing their ranged attack? I’m pretty sure I had two opportunities in this game where the shot was clear, but the ranged attack didn’t want to register.
I’ve got 197003 and 198566 for rematch and any other challenges.
