delirium over Harkonis holy crap I can’t believe I won that. I was hanging on for dear life only kept alive by outposts. Harkonis was healing lots of authority each turn. It was kind of a stalemate with me losing bits of life each turn. But I was also scrapping my deck down to nothing at the same time. With 1 life left, I pulled exactly the damage needed to win. Sorry Harkonis lvl 6 will have to wait :P

You led the whole way - just how big is your ass?

It was astonishingly close at the end, even though it goes down as 25 / -2. My last turn you had 35 authority and I had cards played for 23 damage. But, if I trashed 3 cards I could destroy your base and do a minimum of 33 damage, plus draw two cards. So I had to pull math out of the old filing cabinet where I stashed it years ago. 2 of the 9 cards in my deck would finish you off, giving me a 41.67% of success if I went for it. I trashed the least-valuable card that gave me a draw, but drew the viper. So I could hit for 34 of your 35, but I was down to only a 25% chance to get one of the cards I actually needed. So I went conservative and hoped to survive another turn. That last part of the plan failed…

. . . and what a match, I was being worn down steadily by that darn Blob Destroyer and it looked like a bleak descent towards defeat for the first half of the match. I think going heavy and mostly straight on blue saved me via authority recovery and getting ahead in the trade curve in the 2nd half of the match.

I was 92.5% sure that your next turn was going to crush me. Your deck was trim and sleek like super hotness climbing up a ladder from a pool hot. I had no idea that you were crunching such numbers on your last turn! That makes all of this even hotter.

I did the same sort of calculations on my turn, although it went more like “OMG Ron’s deck is turning me on, holy crap I need 35 attack on this turn and I only see like 15 in my hand oh shit wait some of my cards kill bases ugh I’m up to just 33 but if I scrap my badass yellow ship I can draw a card OMG OMG!” And then I woke up covered in my own poop.
