Let me see, hmm, you are ahead 53 to 29 and although I see that I do have some damage to deal on my next turn you will still be nicely ahead and your deck is thinned. Pity.

rob > Zebracadabra Score difference = 54

As Zebracadabra has lamented elsewhere, this was “one of those games”. I will quote him - “Holy crap! @robthomasson gets to buy four reds on his first two turns, another on his third turn, then I reveal another for him to buy on his next turn and yet another for the following turn. The damn game is probably over already! Situations like this are so galling.”

He’s right, I could not have lost. At the finish I had a deck of 10 cards that liked each other a lot.

I just picked up Star Realms. Is there a thread with a cheat sheet somewhere? I feel like I’ve got the basics but I’m sure there are a ton of holes to fill in.

No problem, I have already convinced myself that it was an outlier result to match my atypical win over Zebracadabra.

Here’s something else to give you heart - I reached level 5 before I realised that defeated bases went back into the relevant discard pile. I thought they got like they had been scrapped. Impressive eh?

And while I am sharing - I heard that games only count against your win/loss record if your opponent is within 5 levels of you. All my opponents are here and at PT plus the odd GWJer and you/they are all within 5 levels of me so I would not have noticed.

I don’t think that there is, but we can talk strategy here! I think you should just port your Ascension skills over to Star Realms at first, then adjust.
