The McRib is back again and this time it’s finally in New England and holy cats is it every bit as delicious as I remember from my youth.

I may have to forgo my usual “McDonalds, blech!” stance just once… I, too, have fond memories of the McRib, and wouldn’t mind one more.

It would probably go well with the Mexican Coca-Cola they’ve started carrying around here, lately.

My bedroom is full of empty two liter bottles as I wait for the next recycling run. Damn Walmart and their 78 cent coke zero generic substitute being so good. Damn the canadian bottler who actually makes it as well.

I’ve discovered for the first time the merits of Dropbox as a backup tool. Probably not quite so useful for someone uploading the contents of a vast folder, but for keeping all of my work safe, it’s really good. There’s something so satisfying about pressing save and seeing the little blue icon spinning in the top corner of my screen.

Dropbox is also awesome if you’re working with other people on the same files. It lets you all work from anywhere, you just have to make sure only one person has a particular file open at a time.

The US is highly repressed. Halloween has become a day when women can be total, absolute sluts and we all cheer and think nothing less of them the day after.
