Yeah, I’ve been totally thinking I should come clean and have Tom change my tag to my real name, John Whorfin.
…what is this nonsense? You censor yourself in P&R? Honey, I love you, but I would hate to see what non-censored Aaron rants are like.
Also, totally keeping the alias, if only because of the occasional drunk post. And because it’s hella awesome.
I imagine Aaron uncensored is something like 95% of Angry Internet Man videos. Just sputtering profanities.
Houngan, I cannot stop laughing at that.
Ignore her; she knows exactly what uncensored Aaron rants are like. Full of things that I don’t want showing up on a google search if a potential employer might be offended, that’s for sure. :)
Screw the striders at the end of HL2: episode 2. And fuck the hunters that come with them.
Hey, that’s how I beat them too!
haha! that gave me a good laugh.
But seriously, fuck´em.
The best part of being a woman has to be being able to actually own, and use, a scooter. Because, and with a certain ironic if predictable polarity, the cute women that actually manage to pull off riding a scooter certainly want nothing to do with a guy that rides a scooter as well (except in extreme cases of Metrosexuality).

I don’t have vivid memorable dreams very often but I did last night. I was traveling in a crowded airport (Las Vegas was what was in my mind from the start but it didn’t look like the Vegas airport) and I could see out a window that there was a large Boeing passenger jet assembly line nearby with quite a few unfinished aircraft. Suddenly someone screamed for everyone to get down. So we dived to the ground and started hearing gunshots. I ran for a nearby exit, which inexplicably put me into a neighborhood of older, smallish houses. Looking for somewhere to hide, I ended up climbing into various places, none of which seemed sufficient and eventually gave up. Police and ambulances raced by back towards the airport. Meanwhile I apparently had a radio on because a radio voice kept talking about “breaking news from Las Vegas” and I kept thinking I should call my parents to let them know I was ok. I heard a loud roar and looking back towards the airport I saw dozens of the unfinished passenger planes racing into the sky, only to turn around and apparently intentionally crash back into the ground, with smoke rising. People around me were crying and yelling. Finally a smaller plane, which I recognized as an older early Boeing prop model, came flying in and crashed right into the front of the airport terminal, the remains dropping down and clearly right on top of where the police and ambulances I had seen earlier has presumably assembled. That’s when the dream ended and I woke up.
The whole thing is very odd. I think most dreams are the result of the brain dumping stuff it no longer wants to save and your mind trying to make sense of what it’s seeing. But most of the dreams I have are “reruns” of the same thing, where I know I’ve had the dream before and I often even try and do something different. It’s very rare for me to have brand new dream I remember like this one.

I just love how Calvin’s Dad explains the world!
I find it damned hilarious that Twihards are already lining up outside the San Diego Convention Center for a THURSDAY morning Twilight panel. I’m sure it’ll smell awesome in there…
…and now I have to report for jury duty tomorrow morning. Dammit. :-(
Lucky! I’ve always wanted to do that.
Omni I love you man but you say the weirdest shit sometimes.
Tell them you can’t risk missing the Twilight panel, because you’re a vampire.

No, he’s right. I thoroughly enjoyed/fucking hated my last jury duty stint. I wound up on a child molestation case, and it was horrible.(The next sentence is satirical). Naturally I wanted to have the alleged perp executed at dawn before I was selected to be on the jury. As the case unfolded I was really amazed at how the judicial system works.
I have two children, and they knew that (of course) before they put me in the box. I also have an open mind, so I was willing to listen to both sides before I committed.
It was a very tough thing to go through as a juror, but I feel I learned a lot from the experience.
Why would I be out during the day, then?
