Will always love him for bringing young me a bunch of Stanley Cups. However, older me is not so starry-eyed to ignore the boondoggle that is the public funding of the new stadium.
Wow. Ouch. Detroit sports will change. I’m sorry he (and we) never got his World Series champion.
Yeah, Im not thrilled about that but I do give him a bit of a pass due to the major effort he put into rebuilding and reclaiming downtown Detroit.
