Glad to see more Deep Purple and I think a prefer the grab bag approach to DLC. That leads to a little more variety for everyone and doesn’t necessarily focus so much on one band or genre.

Time to grab some more Xbox Live points… 75% of next week’s tracks are must-buys for me. Snow Patrol I can live without; that track sounds like virtually every other mainstream rock single released in the last decade, to my ears.

I’ve got enough Foo Fighters now that I could host a real concert on Rock Band. I don’t mind, though. The Foo Fighters are one of my three favorite bands and I’ve given up on them ever releasing any goddam Floyd.

The Pretenders singing Blue Christmas is just annoying. Get some goddam Elvis on there, fools! Elvis is rock!

Okay, so I finally got an RB to call my own, as Santa brought RB2 for the PS3. The songs on the disc are fine, but obviously I am looking to extend my collection and spend some money on DLC. What’s the must have stuff? Is the top song list on RBDLC.com good to go by? And does Blockbuster still rent out RB1? I dont think I know anyone with the PS3 version of the original…
