Picked up all 3 of the classic rock tracks today, all are awesome.

This abbreviated name made me think for one brief, glorious moment that Mr. Bungle was coming to RB soon.

I had exactly the same thought. This needs to happen.

Also just picked up the 3 classic rock tracks. Good times. Good week of DLC. Bravo!
Classic Rock FTW!
Texas Flood? See: Duke Nukem.
Unacceptable!
Also: finished the Endless Setlist last night on Expert voice (finally). What an ordeal. I was totally and completely wiped out by the end of it, and I’d done it in chunks throughout the day.

I urge to do this too, but the beginning of Shackler’s Revenge still makes me fail 9 times out of 10.
Sadly, I’m thinking the closest we’ll get to Mr. Bungle in RB is having to settle for Mike Patton in The Darkness (ugh), Portal, and L4D. =/
I’d love a Bungle pack that picked from all three albums. Heck, toss in some Tomahawk and a later FNM (since the DLC so far favors the first few albums) – many of the songs on King For A Day would be great.
What do you mean first few albums? Isn’t there only one song from FNM? We Care a Lot?
I’d love to have Midlife Crisis or Zombie Eaters or Jizzlobber (least likely).
That would be at the top of my personal list of Faith No More songs.
I just had to post that I beat Blackened on expert guitar last night with 83%.
I wasn’t pretty but it still counts.
Squeeze Me Macaroni would be so awesome to play in RB.
Epic is in there too. I’m good with songs from Angel Dust or even King for a Day, but please no Bungle or Tomahawk I’d like to have music in my music games.

Ugly is pretty much the only way to beat Blackened on expert guitar.
I might need some tips with the AC/DC tunes. There are two songs on expert I didn’t 5 star on expert the first time around, the second of which left me doubting I can.
Both songs, which I can’t recall at the moment, are high tempo with a crazy number of hi-hat hits. I just can’t keep up. As a former drummer, this is killing me. With a proper set, I should be able to pull it off relatively easily. With the RB1 drums, though, I just can’t get enough bounce out of the pad to keep the driving beat going. Argh.
Let There Be Rock is just pain for me, so I can imagine. Silencers help.
That’s one of them, I believe.
I haven’t played the AC/DC pack, but with Let There Be Rock on the RB1 drums, I would alternate hands on the high hat if I was getting too tired. Also, it helps to take a few overdrive fills off to get a breather.
Ramblin’ Man is the woooorst for this. You can’t really alternate hands because there are so many snare hits. I literally hurt myself the last time I played that stupid song.
I’d love “As the Worm Turns” from their first album as well.
There are some excellent Bungle and Tomahawk honest-to-goodness-traditional-song-structure songs as well – especially from California (Bungle) and Mit Gas (Tomahawk). But, yeah, Patton gets a bit more “inventive” on some of the songs. =)
Yeah, this is the same deal. It has lots of hi-hats, boom-chick, boom-chick. Too many snare hits makes alternating hands a sad solution. :(
Alternating hands is what I did to beat the song relatively easily without losing an arm. It did nothing for my score, though. Maybe I’ll have my wife sit next to me and hit the snare. :)
