Total yay! And if I can get my wife to sing these, Supremo yay!
But Black Sunshine’s got Iggy on it. IGGY!
I’d buy both La Sexorcisto and Astro Creep in their entirety. Get on it Harmonix.

Astro Creep would be spectacular DLC on the whole. There’s enough variety in the tracks to keep it fun the whole way through, and damn it, Super-Charger Heaven should have been in RB2 by default.
That aside, I’d be pretty happy if The Sinister Urge, even if just Zombie, got thrown in as DLC.
Dammit! I wan’t some more cheesy 80’s tunes. Where’s more Journey?
Some Stevie Ray, finally, would also be nice.
I want more cheesy 80’s tunes, AND more classic late-60’s and early- to mid-70’s rock. Bachman Turner Overdrive’s “Takin’ Care of Business” would roxxors the boxxors, and it has a kicking guitar solo, so where the hell is it already?
No, you wouldn’t. It would sit there, undeletable, as part of a pack that is all or nothing. I can’t believe there isn’t a way around that yet. I generally don’t buy albums or packs together anymore, and just decide which songs I should sacrifice.
I’ll give you that I am Legend would be better (that one and Welcome to Planet Motherfucker are probably my favorites), but after a series of releases that I can’t be bothered to turn the xbox on for, this is a nice pack. Of course, I think impending Pearl Jam has raised my standards across the board. Even that I will purchase as individual tracks in case one of them proves inconvenient (Metallica and Megadeth taught me well), and of course because omitting Release and Oceans will be necessary almost immediately.

More Human is a great song. Black Sunshine… not so much a fan.
It’s the classic Rock Band conundrum. More Human = Great song but boring as hell to play except for vox. Black Sunshine = Not so great but very fun, especially on drums.
More Country next week. Fuck it.

Yeah, but we get 3 Jimmy Eat World songs too. Sweetness, Lucky Denver Mint, and Futures, all of which kick ass.

Oh man, nice. Those songs are all great.

Here’s the list, not exactly “country” in the Willie Nelson sense:
Drive By Truckers: 3 Dimes Down
Lucinda Williams: Can’t Let Go
Neko Case: People Got a Lot of Nerve
Old 97s: Time Bomb (LIVE)
Steve Earle: Satellite Radio
I like that Old 97s song, but why is it live?

Neko Case, Drive By Truckers, and Steve Earle, hell fucking yes.

Steve Earle is about the only country I’d every buy, so that’s a great choice.

Woo! Thank God we didn’t get that Stevie Ray Vaughn again. Really dodged a bullet on that one. Phew.

Agreed. I’m much happier with this selection.

Drive-By Truckers aren’t really a country band either, they’re southern rock although the last few albums have been a bit slower than the earlier stuff.
This has happened to me several times in RB/RB2, Singstar, etc. “Oh, I love that artist! What song? CRAO!!!111!” They have a psychic determine what is my least favorite song by some of my favorite artists and choose that one. Part of that is probably because I have no aptitude for anything but the vocal parts.
Lucinda Williams: Can’t Let Go
FUCK. YES.
Neko Case: People Got a Lot of Nerve
Somebody better alert Bauman.

Awesome, an Old 97s song. I’ve been loving that album that Timebomb is off, but still I’d like the album version probably.
