The new single sucks so I hope if they ever do any DLC it’s from the early albums.

And I wouldn’t mind “I Love the Dead.”

Not that I do love the dead, or anything. At least not in that sense. I don’t hate 'em, either, though.

I had forgotten how much random guitar wankery bands slip into those live performances. So… beware, buyers of Alice Cooper live trax! Fun to play, but more difficult than they should be IMO. The whole Alice Cooper pack was more challenging on guitar than expected, with the possible exception of Poison. Great fun all around, regardless.

Also, that Replacements song has a craaaazy note chart. Not so melodic, more like straight-up punk… sort of all over the map on guitar.

I just noticed that Green Day’s putting out a new album. My guess is if we don’t see Green Day DLC to coincide with the new album, we’ll probably never get it.

That site that tracks Rock Band DLC was predicting a bunch of Green Day coming soon - they saw the track names in some file or something other. Techno wizardry ho!

I generally would agree, except that I don’t relish the thought of playing “When I Come Around” on guitar.

I like a lot of the drum tracks on Green Day songs so this DLC would be an insta-buy for me.

I wouldn’t really look forward to the chop job they’d have to do on the lyrics for “Longview” either.

Not at all! Ok, this is neat-o: At Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA, during Howl O Scream, they have a skit in Das Festhaus with a Frankenstein plot and sexy nurses while playing Feed My Frankenstein. Cheesy fun!

Kids Don’t Follow by The Replacements is now available.

Hey all,

Next week we have a 3-pack from Ministry, two from The Zombies, and one from The Cranberries. Don’t linger on these tracks once they show up in the store. HA! Hahahahahahahaha!

I’ll go back in my hole now.

Tracks:

Ministry “Cuz U R Next”
Ministry “LiesLiesLies”
Ministry “The Great Satan”
The Zombies “She’s Not There”
The Zombies “Tell Her No”
The Cranberries “Linger”

(All tracks are original master recordings)

The Ministry tracks will be available for purchase as part of the “Ministry Pack 01” or as individual tracks for Xbox 360 and PLAYSTATION 3 system. These tracks will be available for purchase as individual tracks only for Wii.

Zombies!

Damnit. Why not do Zombie by Cranberries? It’s their best song anyway, IMO, and it would fit the theme!

As a big Ministry fan, those tracks piss me off, though. I want Stigmata or Thieves or Lay Lady Lay (that would be incredible) or Psalm 69. Lots of potential tracks. I’m not saying I won’t play these. I might.

^^

Still, She’s Not There should be a ton of fun!

I agree. The no-brainer Cranberries song is “Zombie,” especially in a week where they’re releasing songs by a band called The Zombies. What the heck?

AWEsome–“She’s not There” is one of my favorite British Invasion tunes.

The Ministry tracks will be available for purchase as part of the “Ministry Pack 01”

The “01” bodes well for those of us who believe that Psalm 69 was the true beginning and nearly the end for the band. Perhaps they’ll incorporate some of that in the future.

I like that album, but it still only has 3 songs on it that I like (Just One Fix, Psalm 69, and Scarecrow; I like Scarecrow the best and play it every Halloween). Of course, that’s true of my favorite Ministry album too, which is In Case You Didn’t Feel Like Showing Up…

They’re a very inconsistent band, IMO, but when they are on, it’s magic.

Just One Fix would be fucking sweet in RB.

Feh, all their best stuff was before Psalm 69.

If they are going to do The Cranberries give us Dreams or Zombie.

Linger?

Really?

Dreams AND Zombie.
