Wow. Fail.

Harmonix, this may come as a shock to you, but some of us would like some Christmas DLC at Christmas-time. Yeah, we may only play it once or twice that week and then grimace if it comes up randomly in May, but who cares? It’s Christmas. There’s nothing special about these songs that couldn’t have prevented them from being pushed back a week in the release schedule for a trio of holiday songs.

I could see myself maybe playing Christmas songs with my children, but I don’t have any children. I can only appreciate Christmas songs in extremely low dosage, and by the time we’ve hit the second week in November I’ve pretty much had all I can take just from walking through stores.

There’s enough Christmas songs out there already, and frankly, I’m not much on Christmas anyway. I demand Hannukah and Yule songs instead. Next year, Kwanzaa.

Nah, one person’s buying it won’t make a difference. So you’re safe. Whether you buy it or not will be irrelevant. However, if they actually make a product that will appeal to a lot of people, then it will be a success, and THEN Jimmy Page might take notice! :)
