I guess no one else has had the strange occurance of unkown music appearing on their playlist? The music doesn’t have a 1 or a 2 next to it so it isn’t from the original games. Hmm. So strange.

Are they from the free RB2 20-pack? I didn’t recognize any of the artists when it came out, and it has both Metal and Glam tracks.

Also, in RB2, exported Lego Rock Band tracks appear as ordinary downloaded tracks. They don’t have a special icon.

Hot damn. That is awesome. I won’t be buying it right now, but that’s definitely going on the wishlist. Hey speaking of which, they should implement a wishlist feature in Rock Band games so you can remember which songs you planned to come back to and buy later.

A lot of people are assuming that anythign that comes out after the RB3 announcement are going to have full RB3 support. Is there an official statement about that?

The official statement is that RB3 DLC isn’t supported in RB2.

I don’t see that there is anything to stop them from releasing both versions separately, but they have clearly stated RB3 DLC isn’t backward compatible.

I know this isn’t traditionally the RBN thread, but I just grabbed Rodrigo y Gabriela’s Buster Voodoo. I can’t play it successfully yet, but the parts I can play are awesomely fun.

… is fantastic I love CCR and it was always a bummer to me that Guitar Hero had like 4 CCR songs and all RB got was the one cover of Fortunate Son.

Slightly disappointed that it’s lacking “Commotion” which is available via GH DLC, but hard to complain about such a great pack.
